2) How we verify age

We may use one or more methods to verify your age and identity, including:

3) If we suspect you may be underage

• We may place limits on your account, pause withdrawals, or suspend access while verification is pending.
• We may request additional information/documents and set a timeframe to provide them.
• If you do not complete verification, we may keep restrictions in place or close the account.

4) If underage use is confirmed

• We will close the account and block further access.
• We may cancel activity and handle balances/withdrawals in accordance with our Terms, payment rules, and any legal/regulatory obligations.
• We may retain verification records as necessary to demonstrate compliance and to prevent re-registration.

5) Appeals and support

If you believe your account was restricted or closed in error, you may request a review by contacting support. Please include your account email and any relevant documents. We may ask for additional information to complete the review.
