Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of outbackreelz.com and our free-to-play social casino games (the “Services”).
1) Free-to-play entertainment only
- The Services are for entertainment only and do not offer real-money gambling.
- Game chips/coins/credits and other virtual items are virtual currency only: they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything of value.
- No prizes or winnings of real-world value are awarded through gameplay.
2) Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
3) Acceptable use
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/scripts, or attempt to manipulate outcomes or virtual balances.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or harass others.
- Do not probe, scan, or test our systems, or attempt unauthorised access.
4) Virtual items & purchases (if offered)
Any paid purchases, if available, are for licences to use virtual items within the Services only. Virtual items remain virtual, non-transferable, and may be modified or removed. To the extent permitted by law, purchases are non-refundable, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
5) Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) own the Services, including software, artwork, trademarks, and content. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial entertainment.
6) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free play, or that virtual balances will always be available. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of data, or loss of virtual items. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
8) Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, pose a security risk, or for operational/legal reasons. Upon termination, your licence ends and virtual items may be forfeited.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the time it is posted on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
10) Disputes, governing law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
